Amanda joins APA with more than 10 years of investment industry experience.\u00a0 Her primary responsibilities will include analysis on clients\u2019 municipal holdings in addition to assisting with overall municipal research. Before joining APA in May, Ms. Richter was a Vice President at Deutsche Bank where she provided municipal bond research for the Private Wealth Management sales force and trading desk.\u00a0 Prior to that, she was employed by Moody\u2019s Investor Services where she performed municipal credit analysis on general obligation, essential service and special tax backed securities. She earned a Master\u2019s of Public Administration with an emphasis in Public Finance from the NYU Wagner School of Public Service and holds a Bachelor\u2019s of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Portland (Portland, OR).\u00a0 Ms. Richter is a former United States Peace Corps Volunteer serving in Uzbekistan from 2000-2001. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
