Shane Kauffman

Business Operations Manager / CFO

Shane earned his Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in Accountancy, Cum Laude from the Mendoza College of Business, University of Notre Dame. Prior to joining DIVCO Custom Homes, he worked as a Tax Associate with PriceWaterhouseCoopers for two years in the FS Insurance Tax practice.

Shane joined DIVCO in March 2016 and became a Licensed Florida Real Estate Salesperson with DIVCO Realty in 2017. Shane fulfills dual roles at DIVCO. As CFO, he is responsible for financial management, projections, and banking. In his role as Business Operations Manager, Shane manages human resources and oversees day-to-day operations
