Mike Jann – Vice President of Client Services<\/strong><\/p>\n Mike joined the Medicus team in 2010 and has continued to excel in all areas of client delivery, service, and support. Previously the Director of Support, he is recently been promoted to VP of Client Services. Congratulations to Mike for his superior client service delivery and for helping grow the Medi-Awesome Team.<\/p>\n Jared Brantley – Technical Client Experience Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n Jared joined the Medicus team in 2014 and has a knack for taking care of clients. His extreme patience, understanding, and listening skills make him perfect to lead the Medicus support team. He has taken over the delivery of client services and runs the Medi-Awesome Team. He is a new escalation point on the Medicus management team and reports directly to Mike Jann.<\/p>\n Jason Lane – Medi-Senior Systems Engineer<\/strong><\/p>\n Jason joined the Medicus team in 2011 and has shown his Jedi-like ability to learn new items and innovate the way Medicus delivers its solutions. He is a Certified Sonicwall Security Adminsitrator (CSSA) and a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
