All returns and exchanges must be in the original condition (band intact for hair) and be accompanied with original invoice. Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 90 days after invoice date. However, refund amounts and exchanges are subject to the following:<\/p>\n

All returns received within 30 days of invoice date will receive a full refund minus the above stipulations. Exchanges within 30 days of the invoice date are not subject to restocking fees, however shipping and handling fees will be charged.<\/p>\n
All returns received after 30 days and up to 90 days of invoice date are only eligible for a maximum refund of 50% of the original purchased value. Exchanges after 30 days and up to 90 days of invoice date will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee and shipping and handling fees will be charged.<\/p>\n
