Escape the hustle and bustle of city life with a relaxing getaway to Villa Christina\u2019s secluded oasis as Smooth Jazz WJZZ 107.5 and Harof Productions present the 3rd Annual Summer Jazz Series at Villa Christina. The Summer Jazz Series offers free jazz concerts all summer long in Villa Christina\u2019s serene oasis of calm: flourishing gardens situated next to meandering streams and cascading waterfalls. Adam Ghali, General Manager of Villa Christina, was pleasantly surprised by the huge success of the past two jazz concert series. \u201cWe knew that the event would be successful, but we had no idea that there would be well over 1,000 attendees at our first concert. Therefore, we have added a fifth date to this year\u2019s concert series, and are considering adding live jazz to our 2006 calendar of events.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Series consists of five complimentary outdoor concerts at Villa Christina, 4000 Summit Boulevard, on Sundays, June 25th, July 30th, August 27th, September 24th, and October 22nd, 2006. Doors open at 4:00 p.m.; music begins at 5:30 p.m. Families should bring blankets or lawn chairs for seating. Children of all ages are welcome and will be delighted by free activities such as a moonwalk.<\/p>\n<p>The leisurely evenings will include experiencing Atlanta\u2019s finest jazz with family and friends as well as enjoying Villa Christina\u2019s unsurpassed cuisine in a lovely outdoor oasis. There will be a variety of vendors whose products and services will be available for purchase.<\/p>\n<p>Exquisite food and a variety of beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) will be offered by Villa Christina and Caffe Christina to go for purchase on the premises. Nibble on light delicacies such as fresh shrimp and salmon salads, or feast on gourmet burgers stuffed with special seasonings, plump hot dogs with French fries, or real Italian-style pizza straight from the wood-burning-oven. Be sure to save room for an indulgent dessert such as tiramisu or cheesecake, because the food here is unsurpassed. No coolers are allowed on the grounds.<\/p>\n<p>Villa Christina is located in the heart of Dunwoody, at 4000 Summit Boulevard, in Perimeter Summit. It is off of Ashford Dunwoody Road, next to 285 and Perimeter Mall.
