Construction Underway on Senza Model at Miromar Lakes

Divco Custom Homes has launched construction of its newest furnished waterfront model from the Executive Collection in the Cortona neighborhood at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club.
The Senza floor plan encompasses 4,412 total square feet with 3,026 square feet under air and features four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and one half bath. The fourth bedroom is convertible to a formal study, which is how it will be presented in the furnished model.
The waterfront home has the option for a private boat dock with direct access to Miromar’s 700-acre lake.
The Senza’s curbside appeal is highlighted in an architectural style that is transitional with clean line features. Exterior elements, such as wood brackets, distinguish this home’s facade. There is a motorcourt-style driveway in front of a side-loaded three-car garage.
The Senza is perfect for entertaining. The expansive great room design provides an open, spacious feel that far exceeds the square footage. A foyer with a raised ceiling greets visitors, providing a direct view to the great room, the covered lanai and the pool beyond.
The large kitchen features an elongated island with a rounded end allowing for bar seating. It offers a large prep area with a sink and a walk-in pantry.
Unobstructed to the left is a dining room and a wet bar. Conveniently positioned, the main living area is also directly open to the kitchen with center opening stacked sliding glass doors leading to the lanai and bathing the entire area in natural light.
