The Senza floorplan encompasses 4,412 total square feet with 3,026 square feet under air and features four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and one half bath. The fourth bedroom is convertible to a formal study, which is how it will be presented in the furnished model.

The Senza is perfect for entertaining. The expansive great room design provides an open, spacious feel that far exceeds the square footage. A foyer with a raised ceiling greets visitors, providing a direct view to the great room, the covered lanai and the pool beyond.

According to Caroline Ficquette, Design West the Senza will be completed in a style of “relaxed sophistication” highlighted by classic clean-lined furniture and a warm, earthy color palette full of rich neutrals (creams, tans, taupes) and deeper blues.

“Custom beam details in the foyer, great room, and study ceilings will be stained to match a rich, medium wood tone, while natural stone back splash material will be used in the kitchen and wet bar area.” said Ficquette. “Natural stone-inspired porcelain materials are planned in secondary areas and in the outdoor living areas around the fireplace and grill.”

There will be warm, natural wood flooring throughout much of the homes and “Ocean Stone” pebble flooring in master bath that will create the feeling of a “spa-like” retreat.

Subtly applied wall detail will be featured on the entertainment wall. It will be created by applying white painted wood in a large-scale diamond pattern inside a stained wood frame.

The large kitchen features an elongated island with a rounded end allowing for bar seating. It offers a large prep area with a sink and a walk-in pantry.

Unobstructed to the left is a dining room and a wet bar. Conveniently positioned, the main living area is also directly open to the kitchen with center opening stacked sliding glass doors leading to the lanai and bathing the entire area in natural light.

This indoor living space merges seamlessly with a covered outdoor living area overlooking the pool and spa. It offers a powder room/pool bath. The covered lanai accommodates a summer kitchen and provides ample space for lounging in front of the fireplace. The screen-enclosed, custom-designed pool is entirely surrounded by a sundeck. It features a spa and wet shelf lounging.

The master suite also leads directly to the lanai through sliding glass doors. There are two walk-in closets. Both the bedroom and the master bath include volume ceilings. The master bath includes a private water closet, a large soaking tub and an expanded walk-in shower. The room will be warm and inviting with the wall behind the double vanity covered in soft, neutral accent tile beneath the floating cabinets. There will be pebble flooring in the shower and underneath a floating tub. An over-scaled decorative sconce and overhead luminaire will feature prominently.

Each of the guest bedrooms and the study offers a full bath. The study features volume ceilings. There is a large utility room near the entrance of the home with laundry facilities, a soaking sink and a closet. The Senza is available with a model leaseback and is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2018.
