Divco Custom Homes Opens New State-of-the-Art Design Center

Divco Custom Homes has opened a new Design Center at its company headquarters in Naples.
Alan Foster, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Divco Custom Homes, said the fully integrated design center provides home buyers with a single location for all of their interior and exterior selection needs.
“Divco Custom Homes’ building process is based on very close interaction with our clients,” said Foster.
“The Design Center is integral to the process by allowing the customer to immediately experience many of the finishing materials available to them in their new home.” Alan Foster and Kathleen Scanlan of Kathleen Scanlan Interiors worked in tandem to update the studio.

Anchored by a conference area, featuring a large interactive high-definition big screen, customers are able review a wide range of available products for the customization of their new home.
“The interactive component is invaluable,” said Foster, “Customers can peruse multi-media options, for not only the interior, but also on outdoor living spaces. This includes outdoor kitchens, pool and spa designs and landscaping features. Divco will continue to enhance and improve the customer selection process and experience.”
Adjacent to the conference area are a series of spaces and alcoves featuring a wide range of samples and displays from colorful floor and back splash tile, granite /quartz counter tops, carpet and hardwood flooring to faucets, plumbing and bath fixtures and custom cabinetry in countless styles.
