Divco Custom Homes is nearing completion of its newest furnished waterfront model from the Executive Collection in the Cortona neighborhood at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club.
The Senza floor plan encompasses 4,412 total square feet with 3,026 square feet under air and features four bedrooms and four-and-a-baths. The fourth bedroom can be converted to a formal study, which is how it will be presented in the furnished model.
The waterfront home has the option for a private boat dock with direct access to Miromar’s 700-acre lake.
