Select/Copy/Paste – Frustrating at Times?

Selecting, copying and pasting text is something we do often, but it can be frustrating at times.

A few shortcuts are helpful when selecting text:

• To select a word, double left-click the mouse.
• To select a paragraph, triple click anywhere on the paragraph.
• To select word-by-word, hold down the CTRL and SHIFT keys together and use your right arrow key to highlight each word.

That way you don’t have to worry about the exact placement of a mouse and cursor arrow. To copy the selected text, hold down the CTRL button and tap the C-key. To paste the selected text, hold down the CTRL button and tap the V-key.
