TIP: Can’t Connect to the Wireless
When our customers call us and can’t connect to the wireless, the #1 issue is that the wireless is off on the laptop. Most laptops have a wireless switch which, depending on laptop make/model, is most commonly found on the left or right side of the laptop / tablet. In come cases this switch is also found on the front of the laptop.
Additionally sometimes there is a key combination or a single key, look for a wireless icon on your keyboard (shown below). In this case you press and hold hte <FN> key and then press the <F2> key to alternatively turn off or turn on the wireless function of the computer. See your computer manufacturer’s users manual for additional details.
