Steps for Booking the Branches Clubhouse for an Event:
- Review the rates, information, and usage agreement regarding use of facility and non-member participation in events.
- Make your reservation online. Once you have completed your reservation, look for a confirmation email with further instructions on submitting payment.
- By making an online reservation, you agree to the Clubhouse Usage Agreement.

All reservation rates are based on maximum 6 hour event (1 hour for set-up, 4 hours for event, 1 hour for cleanup) All reservation rates INCLUDE mandatory $85 cleaning fee.
No events to go beyond 11pm. No event to exceed 6 hours. Non club-sponsored events cannot exceed over 100 people.
No combining of reservation rates. If an event ends after 4pm, the night reservation rate will be applied to the entire event.
During the time period in which the Branches swimming pool is open, the clubhouse is only available for booking Monday – Thursday. And is not available on days/nights that there is a home swim or dive meet.
The swimming pool and bathrooms will remain open to club members during regular pool hours and will not be closed due to any clubhouse bookings.
Events with 100% Branches members (up to 35 people) is FREE to rent. However, an $85 cleaning fee will be automatically charged. This cleaning fee can be refunded if the members clean the clubhouse thoroughly. Please contact clubhouse@thebranches.org if you desire to clean yourself.
Club member will receive a code to the digital lockbox for the key once final payment is received, but no earlier than 48 hrs prior to the event. Clubhouse key must be put back in lockbox when leaving the facility the same day as the event. No early access to facilities without prior approval.
All reservations require an Online Reservation submitted which assumes approval of the Clubhouse Usage Agreement. Final attendee count is due ten (10) days before the event date if different from original reservation. Final usage cost will be calculated at that time.

Due to the number of requests received from members for community organizations and the difficulty in qualifying and booking these requests, free usage of the clubhouse is not available. This includes Scouts, volunteer organizations, church groups, etc.
The Board reserves the right to deny a reservation request for any reason.

Make Online Reservation for the Clubhouse
Please Note: The clubhouse is NOT available for bookings while the pool is open. Therefore the clubhouse is NOT available for bookings Friday – Sunday beginning May 10th, 2019.
Please submit your request below. The clubhouse administrator will review your request and approve if time and day are available. Once your booking is approved please submit 50% of your usage rate to hold your date. Usage fee shall be paid via Paypal at paypal.me/TheBranchesClub or Venmo at @TheBranchesClub. You will also receive an email with payment instructions and more information regarding your booking.
Note on Guest Count: For reservations more than one month in advance it is okay to estimate total number of guests. Final numbers and payment will be due 10 days prior to event and total cost will be calculated at that time.
