Friday Kick-Off Party

7:00 p.m.        Kickoff Party begins – Eat, drink and be merry!

8:00 p.m.        The Draw                        

• • • We will draw 16 teams of four players
    • The teams will sit together and come up with a team name 

9:00 p.m.        The Auctioning of Teams

• • • All teams will be put up for auction
    • The total amount of the Calcutta purse will be distributed as follows:
      • The 1st Place Team Owner will receive 40%
      • The 2nd Place Team Owner will receive 25%
      • The 3rd Place Team Owner will receive 15%
      • The 4th Place Team Owner will receive 10%
      • The Consolation Team Owner will receive 10%  

Saturday Tournament

 9:00 a.m.        Tournament Begins

• • • 11 game matches, no ad scoring
    • All teams will have specific playing times for the first two rounds
    • All teams will play at least two matches and some will play three matches

7:00 p.m.        Tournament Ends

Sunday Championship Matches

1:00 p.m.        Consolation Championship and 3rd/4th Place Matches

• • • 22 game matches, no ad scoring
    • One match determines Consolation winner
    • One match determines 3rd and 4th place

2:30 p.m.        Championship Match

• • • 33 games, no add scoring
    • Match determines 1st and 2nd place

6:00 p.m.        Award Ceremony  

• • • Prizes will be presented to the 1st place team
                                    

NOTE: Monday will be used for any weekend rainout.
