ATLANTA (January 13, 2009) – Cupid’s arrow will fly straight to the heart of Villa Christina this Valentine’s Day. Romance is on the air, so relax and linger with your Significant Other on Saturday evening, February 14h, 2009, as you savor incredible cuisine and wines together. Chef Andreas will outdo himself with the extravagant menu that he has created Soup choices are Potato & black truffle chowder or Rich potato leek soup, shaved truffles & Fontina crumbs. Insalata is Arugula & grilled oyster mushroom salad or Heart shaped pastry with brie & raspberry with yellow tomato emulsion. For Antipasto, diners may choose Duck liver parfait or Toasted brioche with port cherries. An intriguing intermezzo of Lemon Verbena is the prelude to the entrée choices: Kobe beef “Lindstrom” with sautéed quail egg or Poached lobster tail. Both are served with Sweet corn-vanilla pudding, fingerlings, and green peppercorn demi. As a decadent finale to such a feast, Chef Andreas concludes with Dark chocolate truffle cake or Milk chocolate Chiboust & strawberry sherbet . Dinner is $70 per person, or $85 per person with perfectly paired wines.

The stately Italian three-story, stacked-stone Villa Christina features a gourmet restaurant, two elegant ballrooms, two private dining rooms, an exhibition kitchen, an outdoor Event Pavilion and the “Caffe Christina to go” restaurant. The main dining room boasts a breathtaking view of sprawling grounds, an exquisite stone terrace and a garden event pavilion surrounded by beautiful landscaping, hand-manicured rose gardens, and lazily wandering streams and waterfalls.
