“Just wanted to follow up to let you know that everything turned out perfect for the shower!! The room looked great, the food was very tasty and Wanda and her team (Erin and Eldrige) were excellent!!!!! (Please pass that on to their managers…I want to make sure they know that they provided excellent customer service, which unfortunately is rare these days). Thanks again for all of your help as well. If I am ever a hostess of an event in the future or have something of my own I will be sure to reach out to you.”

ATLANTA (January 21, 2007) – If an idyllic dinner rendezvous in an Italian villa sounds appealing to you and your sweetheart, Villa Christina will be serving up the romance on Valentine’s Day. An incredible four course dinner will be served in Villa’s intimate atmosphere of refinement, all weekend long. Velvety-voiced singer and trumpeter Alex Lattimore will serenade diners with his signature romantic style accompanied by William Green on keys. The duo will play three sets nightly.

For antipasti, Villa Christina will deliver seared scallops on lemon and spinach risotto. Refreshing prosecco and mint provide a delightful diversion as intermezzo. Diners may choose grilled petit beef filet with pepper brandy sauce or grilled medallions of lobster for their entrée. Both delicious options are accompanied by Yukon gold potato fritters and grilled baby carrots and squash. Decadent desserts are standouts at Villa

Christina and promise to end your luxurious evening on a sweet note. Of course, a meal this romantic wouldn’t be complete without Villa Christina’s extensive and lavish wine list. Ala carte dining from the menu will be available as well.
