At Caffe Christina, all food is made-to-order and purchased to-go. The moderately priced menu features salads with a choice of fresh White Bean, Lentil or Caesar Salad topped with tasty Shrimp (Grilled or Tempura), Salmon or Chicken. The menu also boasts five unique types of burgers including the Traditional All American Hamburger, Rosemary Burger, Blue Cheese Burger, Mediterranean Burger and Pocket Burger—onion and parsley ground beef stuffed in pizza dough. The menu features six specialty pizzas, a special pizza of the day and three heaping categories of toppings from which to choose to make-your-own pizza. The specialty pizzas include Margharita, The Goat and the Garden, Pepperoni, Oriental Chicken, Italian Punch and The Shrimp and the Crab. All pizzas come in two convenient sizes, Small (8”) and Large (16”).
In addition to food items, refreshing beverages are available for take-out. Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite and Mineral Water come by the bottle. All beverages can be purchased to go.
