ATLANTA (October, 2008) — Villa Christina beckons you to enjoy a repast beyond compare at Thanksgiving Brunch, featuring an abundance of traditional Thanksgiving favorites as well as many delightful Italian specialties. You deserve to spend some quality time with family and friends instead of slaving away in the kitchen. The festive brunch will be held on Thursday, November 27th, 2008, from 11:30AM – 3:00PM. Cost for brunch is $45.00 for adults, $25.00 for children ages 6 – 12, and free of charge for kids 5 and under.

A bountiful array of edibles will entice your taste buds at Villa Christina’s tables. Whether you crave turkey or tortellini, pumpkin pie or creamy tiramisu, Villa offers the full range from traditional to exotic. A full array of familiar Thanksgiving comfort foods is available, including our traditional tom turkey topped with fresh herbs and butter and roasted to perfection by our chefs, creamy mashed potatoes, smashed sweet potatoes topped with gooey, roasted marshmallows, fresh cranberry sauce, two types of dressings including our famous cornbread stuffing, and made-from-scratch pumpkin pie. Executive Chef Andreas Georgakopoulos promises that fans of his inspiring Tuscan cuisine won’t be disappointed on Thanksgiving Day, because several rustic Mediterranean dishes will also be featured, including fresh seafood, ravioli with ricotta cheese, walnuts and sage, creamy risottos, and creative pastas. Moreover, there will be a table featuring kid-friendly favorites, such as chicken fingers, macaroni and cheese, fresh, seasonal fruit, cookies and more. Difficult not to overindulge on all this abundance, but Villa Christina’s desserts, such as warm chocolate cake and fried cheesecake, are outrageously decadent and simply cannot be missed. This holiday is all about spending quality time with friends and family, so get out of the kitchen already! Relax and allow yourself to indulge in our spectacular gourmet food, while Villa Christina does the work. Now, that’s something to be thankful for!

The Italian three-story, stacked-stone Villa Christina features a gourmet restaurant, two elegant ballrooms, two private dining rooms, an exhibition kitchen, an outdoor Event Pavilion and the new “Caffe Christina to go” restaurant.
